Update on Pink

I spoke to the adoption agency this morning and was told our attorney is submitting the file to the Embassy on Thursday of this week. That means that the birth certificate and passport have now been issued with the last name of Davis. The Embassy generally takes about 4 to 7 days to issue the "pink slip." Therefore, it appears we might be in Guatemala the week after July 4th; that is pure speculation on my part, but if the time line holds true then that is a good estimate.
